Shipping & Returns

Please allow 5 business days for 13TH FLOOR to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated of your selected shipping method. 13TH FLOOR is not responsible for unanticipated delays or delays attributable to the courier.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. All purchases are shipped to the address provided when placing the order.

13TH FLOOR does not include international customs fees in its shipping fare. Please be prepared for the potential of additional fees if you are ordering from outside Canada.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
